The Opportunity:

• Support the development of the Products Tracking and Serialization within the Design and/or Deployment workstreams (Country regulations, Partner onboarding, Warehousing integration and Optimization of processes or automation as required) by proactively identifying changes in business and the technology landscape, that would impact the Products Tracking and Serialization portfolio and developments through the lifecycle.
• Support and manage of the Design and/or Deployment Team members in the global UPI-Team ensuring integrated designing, coding, building, testing, validating and releasing of the needed solutions. Ensure that dependencies are understood, managed and communicated on timeline manner to the line manager.
• Acting as technical partner/Subject Matter Expert, possess strong knowledge of both business and technology, to drive UPI solutions to harmonization, optimization and operational excellence of the UPI services.
• Support the business continuity through operational and service excellence about the implemented Products Tracking and Serializations solutions.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Contribute to the Products Tracking and Serialization capabilities, in accordance with business and technology priorities.
• Contribute to the design of roadmaps for Products Tracking and Serialization, ensuring integration into the overall UPI roadmap and release plans.
• Support the productive and ongoing exchanges of information across other SMEs, user community, demand & release management, packaging Sites and country deployment.
• Ensure alignment with Business Process Owners and DD&T Business Partners to drive engagement, process design and development support across the respective areas.
• Partner with packaging sites, countries and key business stakeholders to lead the identification of changes in business and the initial drafting of end user stories and provide continued support and training.
• Center design and operations around improving user experience for UPI Products Tracking and Serialization.
• Solving complex problem impacting global disciplines on a global level and oversees implementations and implications to be solved.
• Contribute to the final definition of user requirements, user stories, specifications and the update/review of Design Papers and process flows and DD&T Validation related documentation. Working closely with the key business and DD&T stakeholders and third-party providers to deliver new application solutions and enhancements to existing applications.
• Support as required key business stakeholders, third party software (in particular SAP and TraceLink), service providers and DD&T management in design, planning, integration, expansion, problem determination and resolution.
• Possess strong knowledge of both business and technology regarding UPI solutions and recent developments, in particular possess strong hands-on knowledge on SAP modules (SAP ATTP, PO, ECC) configuration and coding.
• Challenge existing best practices if needed, propose ways of improving and/or transforming business operations, processes
• Actively engage with the release and engagement teams, major programs ensuring active adoption and deployment of Products Tracking and Serialization capabilities. Supports active engagements and continuous improvement as required.
• Drive \xe2\x80\x9cresearch\xe2\x80\x9d, gain support, and implement emerging technologies that can provide business value to Takeda.
• Ensure compliance with Takeda Policies and Guidelines.
• Ensure ongoing operations and run for Products Tracking and Serialization areas

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Required:

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience of SAP ATTP functional, configuration and/or development experience with Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree. Strong Experience with SAP ICH and SAP PO.
• Minimum 2 years supporting business functions. Examples include: Packaging, Warehousing, Regulatory Reporting, Partners integration (CMOs. CMBs), Master Data management and integration within various systems
• Strong technical / analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical problems into simple facts, understandable to a non-technical audience Ability to identify risks, propose alternative solutions to meet business requirements
• Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner. Ability to communicate fluently and clearly in English is mandatory.
• Patient and User Centricity at the core.
• Ability to analyze a wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions.
• Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes and manage business and provider relationships.
• Experience with implementing major third-party systems.
• Experience with SDLC methodology and the validation process, including writing deliverables for validated systems.
• Experience with working with multiple teams across a matrixed organization to implement solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.

Desired:

• Pharmaceutical industry experience, knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
• Takeda Operations \xe2\x80\x93 ability to comprehend quickly Takeda\xe2\x80\x99s operating structure and methods, including a thorough knowledge of the foreign-owned parent company a plus.
• SAP certification within module and/or technology desired

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• International travel as required \xe2\x80\x93 anticipate approx. 10%
