Senior Associate / Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition - Leadership (Non-Tech) Positions
We are hiring for Senior Associate / Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join our growing Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for leadership and non-technical positions across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management and HR leaders to understand the hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for leadership and non-technical roles.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive workforce planning process to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
- Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites, social media, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality candidates for critical roles.
- Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of applicants to identify the best-fit candidates
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assess candidates\' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, and provide insightful feedback to hiring managers.
- Promote the company\'s employer brand to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, set expectations, and align on recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights to HR leadership on recruitment performance and trends.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and legal requirements related to recruitment.
