Job Description

- Work as an integral part of the referral marketing team, by rigorously making daily calls and generating referral leads from the paid learner and alumni base of upGrad.- Work in a target oriented environment to meet your daily call connect targets, lead generation targets and a daily talk time target- Ensure presales nurturing of all leads generated by evoking a high interest among the leads generated by you for upGrad programs and hence a strong knowledge of major upGrad programs will have to be built within a week of joining- Closely liaise with the sales team on a daily basis to help them understand the interest or any other specifics of the leads which have been generated by you.
