:We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a knack for creating engaging content, and the ability to produce compelling videos.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram.- Develop marketing strategies for drawing out sales through social media & other platforms.- Create and edit engaging video content for social media, tailored to various platforms.- Develop and schedule posts that drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.- Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall brand messaging.- Plan & execute workshops & gardening events at the office location.Qualifications:- 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing.- Proven experience in creating and editing videos.- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.- Keen interest in plants & greenery.
