The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Unix administration and will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Unix-based systems and servers.Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Unix operating systems and servers.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of Unix-based systems.
• Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect data and systems.
• Automate routine tasks using shell scripting or other automation tools.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure and application needs.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Unix system administration.
• Proficiency in Unix operating systems (e.g., Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, Linux).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with shell scripting and automation tools.
• Knowledge of network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with security practices and tools for Unix systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM).
• Certification in Unix/Linux administration.
