Manage the interview coordination and onboarding processes for interns & university graduates
You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews. This includes sending formal interview invites to candidates and blocking interviewer\xe2\x80\x99s calendar.
Planning and executing University Program events including college presentations, hiring drives and summits.
Help create effective and meaningful programs for students with strong operational excellence.
Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders including but limited to University Talent Partners, Hiring Managers and Leadership Team.
Evaluate Adobe\'s talent brand in the industry and influence partners to improve our brand and socialize it in the right college & university communities.
Requirements:
3-12months of prior experience in recruitment.
A great attitude is sine qua non. We want someone who brings great energy to the team and the office.
The ability to prioritize and improve your time, convey a sense of urgency, and an understanding of the value of providing amazing service.
We need you to be the kind of person that can anticipate needs and execute independently in the face of ambiguity.
Know what makes people tick \xe2\x80\x93 every candidate needs to be handled differently. While some will react immediately to your emails, others will prefer text messages or appreciate a phone call.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Multitasking- Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly.
