Job description - University Liaison Officer
Qualification: MBA/M Com. Bachelor's degree in Communication, or a related field with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Liaison Offer in a College affiliated to Bangalore University.
Liaison officer will be closely working with the University and Government Departments.
To be responsible for organising, promoting and supervising a calendar of social and extra-curricular activities for students including external and internal events.
Contribute to cross-college events.
Adhere to College policies and procedures including health and safety.
Act as the primary contact person with the University officials on behalf of the Institution.
Attend University meetings whenever required.
Engage in marketing activities and liaison with employers and the wider community in line with college strategies.
Ensure good communication at all levels.
To ensure that the quality and standards necessary for continued validation by the University are maintained.
Be highly energetic and self-motivated.
Be persistent and have good communication skills.
Proficient in English and Kannada languages.
Any other duties that the Principal considers appropriate.
Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
