This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Universal School of Creative Arts & Design. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about the college and our courses, answering queries, and assisting in the admissions process. The Caller will also maintain accurate records of calls and update the database accordingly.Qualifications :- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills- Good knowledge of the education industry and courses offered- Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions- Strong organizational and time management skills- Proficiency in relevant computer applications- Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (ref:updazz.com)
