The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing the full cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent at Unity SFB. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This role will also play a critical role in maintaining and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their current and future hiring needs
- Proactively develop talent pools through various channels, including job boards, social media and professional networks
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Proactively maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and next steps in the recruitment process
- Enter and update candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and details on trackers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records
- Assist in conducting research on industry trends, competitor practices, and innovative recruitment strategies
- Actively participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute to promoting the organization\'s employer brand and values
Desired skills & experience :
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and portals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
