Rayll Studios is looking for a Unity Developer to join our team on our flagship game series \'Fears to Fathom\'. Responsibilities include programming building systems, architecture, optimizing code, and developing unit abilities. Applicants should be self-motivated and have experience working on a team. All work will be remote. Office hours are between 10am - 7pm IST What you\'ll get to do Lay the groundwork for long-term success by building robust systems Partner closely with the designer to implement systems for gameplay Take ownership of a subset of gameplay systems Optimize gameplay code for speed and memory usage What we are looking for 5+ years of experience in Unity Passion for playing and making games, particularly indie horror/ narrative games Proficiency in C# Excellent debugging and profiling skills Experience with working in a team Build & maintain documentation for implemented features Nice To Have You have shipped an indie/passion project before Have worked on game networking before Worked on a PC/console game before Computer science or related degree Enjoy playing indie horror/indie games Like cats Examples of things you could work on: Implement core gameplay and support systems in the game Build the dialogue system Contribute to game design and balancing mechanics to improve player experience Program NPCs with given characteristics Work with other disciplines to implement UI, graphics, animations, and audio Work with IK, mocap animations, and AI trees to develop NPCs Optimizing the gameplay Collaborating in conjunction with QA and product to quickly resolve bugs reported by players in a timely manner About Rayll Studios Rayll Studios is a PC/Console game development studio based in New Delhi, India.
