Engage with a visionary team, translating intricate stakeholder needs into transformative insights.As a Data & Analytics Senior Associate in Unity Data & Analytics Product Management Team, you conduct independent analysis to uncover patterns leading to new questions and solutions through data collection, integrity, utilization, requirements, and analysis. You apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies across multiple applications of moderate scope. Use your elevated technical skills to support the design and development of metrics reporting and dashboards to enable Ops & Tech Management to execute their strategic objectives and ensure conformance with all controls, policies, and procedures.Job responsibilities

  • Contributes to the delivery of information, insights, and solutions that inform business strategies and decisions by making recommendations for managing more complex situations
  • Evaluates information and processes for analysis and reporting purposes
  • Validates hypotheses, mitigates risks, and optimizes solutions
  • Contributes significantly to the development of predictive models and data insights to inform decision-making. This includes communicating data insights to stakeholders and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Sources and structures datasets to build graphical visualizations and programing decision-support dashboards, utilizing Intelligence Automation to help with operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and process optimization where strategic solutions are not feasible
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, in an agile environment, to continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develops product roadmap, and translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience delivering data-driven problem solving or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient business comprehension to understand risk implications
  • Experience working on the development of predictive models and data insights
  • Coding / expertise in Python, R, SQL will be a plus
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Experience working with or in product/data management
  • Knowledge of query writing and execution using data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Qlikview/sense, Power BI etc.
  • Certification in Data Technology, Agile or other project management applications
