Job Responsibilities:

Working as part of a team to document requirements and provide technical solutions to customers, working within the Unit4 ERP Implementation Methodology.
To enable new customers with technical knowledge and provide guidance on Unit4 ERP available technology for integrations, extensions, and advanced reporting.
Ensure all work is undertaken to recognized Argano quality standards.
Responsible for keeping up to speed with new functionality available within the Unit4 ERP platform
Working with reporting, data extraction and manipulation tools as well as using third party products and software development tools;
Tools commonly used;
- Unit4 Report Engine (RERX),
- Unit4 Rest Api\xe2\x80\x99s
- Extension Kit Flows
- Extension Kit App Studio
- Unit4 Forms Module Configuration

Languages used;

- Unit4 proprietary report writing (RERX)
- XML / XSLT
- Liquid Templating
Analyze and solve reported customer issues and take ownership for identification and resolution of issues in conjunction with the Project Manager and other areas of UNIT4;
Use UNIT4 change control processes and collateral as appropriate;
Provide ad-hoc consultancy services;
Staying abreast of new functionality within the UNIT4 Product family;
Deliver professional Consultancy services, ensuring that the sprint\xe2\x80\x99s objectives have been met as defined by Project Manager/Lead Consultant;
Escalate any issues that arise while to the Project Manager, to ensure prompt resolution;
Ensure the use of UNIT4 Implementation methodology and associated Project Management tools as directed by the Project Manager;
Be supportive of colleagues in the learning process;
Adopt a disciplined and logical approach to problem solving when working with both Customers and Colleagues.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with required minimum 3-5 years in technologies used in systems integrations is required
Knowledge of Unit4 ERP and its reporting and integrations tools is preferred.
Ideal candidate should have four (4) to six (6) years of experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with SQL/Relational Databases or equivalent is highly preferred.
Experience working with Postman or equivalent tool is required.
Experience working with Microsoft Office is required.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Stack, PaaS, SaaS, Cloud Microservices, IdPs
Familiarity with industry standard authentication protocols: WS-Federation; OAuth 2.0; SAML-P; etc.
Knowledge of APIs; JSON and related concepts is required.
Understanding of liquid templating to perform data manipulation is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Unit4 Report Engine (RERX) tool is required.
Familiarity with various file formats (ASCII, Flat, CSV, XLS, SQL, XML) is required.
Skilled in Business Analysis and a logical thinker with an aptitude for problem solving.
Ability to apply a disciplined, structured and logical approach to problem solving and solution delivery; working with both colleagues and customers;
Organized and attention to detail and a consistent ability to meet deadlines;
Have a disciplined and logical approach to solution testing and deployment;
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbally;
