Job Summary . Unit Manager - Risk Containment Unit Job Purpose Monitoring of Payments transactions for proactive actions and Review of complaints from Customers, Issuing Banks, Cyber Crime Departments, MHA or RBI. Reporting of identified frauds in the ecosystem to regulator Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - . Responsible for prevention and detection of potential fraud across all payment channels by reviewing customer\'s accounts . Work on FRM data to understand patterns and anti-patterns to determine risk activity . Investigation of disputes received from Law Enforcement Agencies Issuer Banks MHA portal . Daily reconciliation of disputes received and investigated . Interaction on emails and calls for Emails queries/complaints received . Coordination with external stakeholders and network partners for application issue escalation and data requirement . Regulatory reporting - CPFIR and FMR Reporting . Major Challenges - . Availability of transactional information from the limited data provided in complaints from various sources . Liaison with multiple stakeholders before initiating revert on any complaint received . Reconciliation between the data reported on individual emails and the regulatory reporting . RCA on the cases not marked as alert in FRM system . Key Decisions / Dimensions - . Blocking actions for the suspected cases . Refund of amount to the source taking into consideration the instruments used for wallet load . Deactivation of payment mode velocity rules in the event of increasing fraud trends .
