Position Title: Unit Manager - Financial Planning and AnalysisReports to (Responsibility Level): FP&A \xe2\x80\x93 Unit Manager/SDLSupervises: NALocation:NoidaGlobal Grade:GG 11Complexity: C4T4PID/s Load Mapping: FM028Position SummaryThis position is part of the Shared Service Center \xe2\x80\x93 Financial Planning & Analysis team, reporting to the Manager of the group. The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for assisting the FP&A manager with day-to-day task planning and special projects related to planning, budgeting and forecasting, reporting and analysis.Responsibilities includes preparation of monthly reports, expense and headcount reporting and data management including reconciliations and consolidation.Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring annual budgeting and Monthly forecasting and analysis requirements are achieved accurately, completely and in a timely basis.
• Liaising with global FP&A teams to ensure successful and seamless completion of forecast submission.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end Budget/forecast reporting.
• Day-to-day task planning and special projects related to planning, budgeting and forecasting, reporting and analysis.
• Ensure Stakeholder management, supporting effective and timely delivery of the disclosure reporting and KPI reporting on performance.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual Budget submission.
• An effective communicator with interpersonal skills and Strong analytical with problem-solving abilities.
• Managing the relationship at Stakeholder level and providing timely/accurate operational updates and issue resolution.
• Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards.
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical RequirementEducation

• Graduate in Accounting / Commerce / Business Administration with at least 15 years of education/MBA Finance

• Candidate from financial service or insurance industry will be preferred

Experience(In Years)

• 6-8 years of overall experience (minimum 4-5 years in FP&A)

Technical Skills

• Relevant systems knowledge (MS Excel, EPBCS Cloud, Hyperion, Essbase, OAC)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated strong analytical, interpersonal, communications, prioritization & time management skills. Knowledge of project management techniques.
• FP&A Background with MIS experience
• Insurance industry experience is preferred.
• Excelling knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, SQL, MS Assess
