Position - Unit Manager - Investment
:-
- Identify, meet the potential leads who want to be an entrepreneur and explain to them about the business opportunities and convince them to start the Financial Products Distribution business and become a Financial Products Distributor / Partner.
- Providing financial products training to Distributors for Business Development.
- Plan activities and strategies for business development for distributors.
- Educate the partners about product portfolio, services offers and also evaluate them on sales performance, recommend improvements.
- Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.
- Products: Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loan Against Security (LAS), Bonds etc.
- Business targets: Recruitment of Financial Products Distributor, Product sales etc.
Designation - Dy. Assistant Manager
Qualification - MBA & PGDM ( Finance & Marketing ) or M.com
CTC - for Masters Fresher/Experience up to Rs 3.24 LPA + Performance Annual Incentive
Note: It\'s an inbound sales profile
Skills Required:
- Mutual Funds, Financial Product and Sales knowledge is preferable
- Willing to Work For Sales
- Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written
- A Positive and go getter attitude & strong team culture
