Job Summary * Unit Manager - Human Resources/Senior Unit Manager - Human Resources
Job Purpose This position is open with Bajaj finserv ltd. Support allocated verticals by acting as an advisory partner to business teams in supporting business requirements, understanding of business & HR priorities and driving HR initiatives to enhance efficiency of HR at business and overall organization level.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities * Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Partnering with businesses \xef\x82\xa7 Manage the overall HR lifecycle of the allocated business. \xef\x82\xa7 Manage key HR processes in terms of process adherence & timelines - on-boarding IJP release auto-promotion release RNR & performance management \xef\x82\xa7 Achieve the department ESAT score through innovative people initiatives / engagement frameworks. \xef\x82\xa7 Connect with employees during branch visits / face-to-face telephonic discussions and gauze their engagement pulse. \xef\x82\xa7 Engage with business heads to understand business requirements and identify key agenda items to be addressed with a monthly/ quarterly focus (such as attrition management on-the ground engagement any central initiatives to be driven etc. \xef\x82\xa7 Draw insights from field and employee feedback; Share with business heads to help better understand employee concerns and identify areas of improvement and provide solutions \xef\x82\xa7 Develop and execute initiatives to address both business and HR priorities for the month/ quarter/year 2. Review with business & own function \xef\x82\xa7 Participate in the HR & Business meetings with BH/ HRP Head and other HR teams to discuss and report updates on MoM tracker; Discuss challenges faced by the business and share updates on actionables taken \xef\x82\xa7 Discuss/ exchange ideas and best practices on people challenges/ initiatives with other HR partners; Observe and be prepared to recognize and react to early warning signals \xef\x82\xa7 Present updates on initiatives and action points such as attrition changes in business conditions impact on business teams transition plans etc. in monthly review with HRP Head \xef\x82\xa7 Prepare monthly HR dashboards & presentations for monthly HR - Business reviews. \xef\x82\xa7 Support business leaders during OTB visits. \xef\x82\xa7 Analyze attrition trends & present to the business to develop strategizes for attrition control. \xef\x82\xa7 Act as a single point of contact for internal stake holders for HR related querries. 3. HR projects and initiatives \xef\x82\xa7 Participate and deliver assigned HR projects initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of HR across the organization; Track and report updates to deliver as per set objectives
Required Qualifications and Experience * a) Qualifications \xef\x82\xa7 Post-graduation (MBA - HR or other) b) Work Experience \xef\x82\xa7 Minimum 6-8 years of overall experience \xef\x82\xa7 Min experience of 3-4 years in purely HR domain \xef\x82\xa7 Sound understanding of business context C) Skills & knowledge Broad knowledge of HR Process & talent management Strong knowledge of Hiring & recruitment HR Planning Domain knowledge of financial services. Multi-tasking & adaptive.(Ready to work in a challenging & multitasking environment) Solution finder to people / business issues.
