Role: Unit Administrator / Unit Head

Designation: Manager/ Senior Manager / General Manager Operations

Qualification: BBA / MBA / MHA / MHM

Experience : 10 to 15 years

Salary : As per the standards

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance
• Maintaining and restoring the health of their patients
• Managing daily treatment schedules
• Enforcing health and safety regulations
• Solving staffing issues and shortages
• Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient condition
• Ensuring their unit meets federal, state and company guidelines
• Completing admission and discharge forms
• Delivering hands-on care and medication administration as needed
• Communicating procedural issues with the director of nursing and working to correct them
• Acting as a liaison between patients' families and healthcare staff
• Maintaining accurate accounting records
• Managing hospital equipment inventory

Requirements:

• BBA / MBA / MHA / MHM degree in Hospital Management
• Post qualification Hospital Management Experience
• Able to work in a multicultural team.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
