We are seeking a skilled Unisex Hairdresser to join our team and provide exceptional hair care services to clients of all genders. As a Unisex Hairdresser, you will be responsible for cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair according to clients\' preferences and needs. Your duties will include consulting with clients to understand their desired look, recommending appropriate hair treatments and products, and ensuring client satisfaction with the final result. Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs, preferences, and desired style.
- Provide hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services using a variety of techniques and tools.
- Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments to maintain the health and appearance of clients\' hair.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair care and styling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each use.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and personalized attention.
- Keep accurate records of clients\' preferences, services provided, and products used.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser, preferably in a unisex salon setting.
- Proficiency in a wide range of hair care techniques, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treating.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification or license in cosmetology or hairdressing is preferred.
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
