Key Skills

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical engineering
• 4-7 years of design experience
• Experience in heavy or construction machinery industry would be advantageous
• At least 4 years of experience in Unigraphics for 3D & 2D

• Creation of 3D model designs to meet the defined functional requirements of the product
• Good in designing fabricated structural weldment including bolts
• Creation of manufacturing drawings including sizing of welds as needed
• Experience in AutoCAD for drafting works will be optionally desired
• Good experience in Teamcenter
• Good Oral & Written Communication in English

Other Skills

• Design to be simple, engineered to reduce cost and selecting appropriate materials
• Experience in basic design calculations xe2x80x93 beam bending, stress calculation
• Exposure to standards on materials and safety for the design
