Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate marketing manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a specialist in marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, increasing online visibility, engaging our audience through social media, and executing effective brand activation campaigns. Your expertise in brand strategy and positioning will be crucial in driving the success of our marketing efforts and overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and positioning that aligns with our company\'s values and objectives.

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, including website, social media, advertising, and content.

- Monitor brand perception and sentiment, and proactively address any negative feedback or mentions.

- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling and impactful brand assets.

- Craft brand guidelines and ensure adherence throughout the organization to maintain a cohesive brand image.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our industry and target audience.

- Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

- Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic trends, and user behavior using analytics tools.

- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance domain authority and improve search engine visibility.

Social Media Marketing:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to engage and expand our online community.

- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and direct messages, responding promptly and professionally.

- Analyze social media data to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

- Foster relationships with social media influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand reach.

Brand Activation:

- Develop and implement brand activation campaigns and events to create memorable brand experiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand activation initiatives.

- Measure and evaluate the impact of brand activation campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization.

Brand Position and Strategy:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform brand positioning and strategy.

- Develop brand strategies that differentiate our company and products in the market.

- Work with internal stakeholders to align brand strategy with overall business objectives.

- Continuously assess and refine brand positioning based on market feedback and changing trends.

Cross-Channel Integration:

- Ensure synergy between brand management, SEO, social media marketing, and brand activation efforts to maximize overall impact.

- Collaborate with other marketing team members to align strategies and create integrated marketing campaigns.

- Utilize data and insights from all aspects of marketing to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Industry Trends and Innovation:

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in brand management, SEO, social media marketing, and brand activation.

- Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation to stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in brand management, SEO, social media marketing, and brand activation, preferably in a similar industry.

- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and website optimization techniques.

- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.

- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing approaches.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Demonstrated experience in brand strategy and positioning.
