Underwriter
Job Description
Minimum 1 years of experience in mortgage underwriting or mortgage quality assurance, with strong knowledge of loan products
In-depth understanding of mortgage underwriting regulations, policies, and standards.
Ability to analyze underwriting trends and patterns, providing actionable recommendations to improve quality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and reporting to both underwriters and senior management.
Knowledge of Transaction Monitoring methodology
Proficiency in MS Office applications especially MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point
Analytical abilities (Data Interpretation)
Coaching Skills
Brief Knowledge of Quality tools
Qualification: Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
