Position Overview: As the Umrah Coordinator at Zahra Tours and Travel, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Umrah pilgrimage services for our clients. Your role involves coordinating travel arrangements, providing guidance and support to pilgrims, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact for Umrah pilgrims from initial inquiry through to post-travel support.
• Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients regarding Umrah packages, visa requirements, travel itineraries, and accommodation options.
• Travel Arrangements:
• Coordinate flight bookings, ground transportation, and accommodation reservations for Umrah pilgrims.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are in line with client preferences, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Assist clients in obtaining Umrah visas and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia's visa regulations.
• Manage and maintain accurate documentation and records related to Umrah bookings and client information.
• Customer Service:
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating client needs.
• Proactively communicate with clients before, during, and after their Umrah journey to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Logistics and Operations:
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (such as hotels, airlines, and local agencies) to ensure smooth execution of Umrah services.
• Monitor logistics and operational processes to enhance efficiency and optimize service delivery.
• Cultural and Religious Guidance:
• Provide cultural and religious guidance to pilgrims, including information on rituals, customs, and local practices.
• Foster a respectful and supportive environment that meets the spiritual needs of Umrah pilgrims.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Umrah Coordinator or in a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and preferably Arabic.
• Knowledge of Umrah pilgrimage procedures, visa requirements, and travel logistics.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software applications.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
• Passion for travel, cultural diversity, and understanding of Islamic traditions (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend only
