Interview Mode - Face to Face Only (Walk-in) Title - UK/US Customer Care Executive Location - Chandigarh IT Park Shift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab Facility Salary - Up to 25-35K CTC + up to 4-5K Incentives

Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
Dealing with Truck drivers for the bills and documents and tracking the shipment.
Handle customer service/Drivers inquiries and provide support.
Experience with US process and inbound calling is preferred
Willingness to work night shifts as per US time zone
Knowledge of US logistics and BPO industry is a plus
No Sales/ No Targets.
