Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for New Hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for all new hires and hiring managers.
• Assist with Onboarding automation efforts for pre-boarding activities ensuring that all activities are completed as per the global timelines.
• Create an engaging environment, coordinate with IT for system requirements. Act as a point of contact to identify any challenges or delays in the process and highlight these to management and hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external candidates, hiring managers and key stakeholders in the onboarding process (IT, Global Security, GHR)
• Coordinate effective and timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties and follow up on administrative details within or across divisions.
• Handles confidential and sensitive information
• Ensure required documentation is received and reflected in the appropriate systems
• Manage queries, issues and escalations
Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc reports within specified guidelines
Skills & Competencies:
• Experience into end to end new Hire Onboarding process for UK market preferred.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written
• Attention to detail in all aspects for work
• Strong stakeholder management (Global & Local) skills are a must
• Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power point & Excel) using various functions
• Ability to learn and grasp new processes and systems.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and work within stiff timelines.
• Strong team player
• Ability to analyses and report accurately.

Education Specification:
• Degree qualified - a HR related degree or professional qualification is considered beneficial
• Graduate with good Academic track record.
• Experience in HR
• Fluency in English a pre-requisite.
