We are seeking a motivated UK Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad, working onsite during night shifts.

As a UK Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for UK-based clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for UK job openings via social media, job boards, and referrals

Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and experienceBuild strong client relationships to understand recruitment needs

Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.Utilize recruitment tools to track candidate pipelines and meet monthly targets

Requirements:

0-2 years of recruitment experience (freshers welcome)

Strong communication skills for working with UK clients and candidates

Excellent organizational and time management abilities
