We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years in the field. The successful candidate will handle UK staffing operations, ensuring our clients receive the best talent to meet their needs. • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and candidates (Mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing to identify top talent through various sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in conducting interviews to assess candidates qualifications and suitability.
• Solid market research skills to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability.
• Experience in ensuring recruitment compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
