Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets within the UK market.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to refine strategies.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team (if applicable).
• Set clear goals and provide coaching to ensure individual and team success.
• Market Expansion:
• Explore and develop new market opportunities within schools, universities, training providers, and other education stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Performance Analysis:
• Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in the EdTech industry, with a strong understanding of the UK education system and sales processes.
• We have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
• Knowledge:
• In-depth knowledge of EdTech products and services and their application within the UK education market.
• Familiarity with procurement processes within schools, universities, and other educational organizations.
• Attributes:
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• The existing network within the UK education sector is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
