We are seeking a dynamic Senior Process Executive with expertise in UK Payroll and a flair for providing excellent live support. The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in UK payroll processing and be well-versed in addressing client queries through live support channels. This role combines proficiency in payroll processing with strong interpersonal skills to deliver top-notch client service.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
• Handle end-to-end UK payroll processing for multiple clients.
• Ensure accuracy in processing payroll data, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Compliance:
• Stay updated with UK payroll legislation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Address any payroll-related compliance issues and implement necessary changes.
Client Communication:
• Interact with clients to gather payroll-related information and address queries.
• Provide live support through various channels (chat, phone, email) to resolve client issues promptly.
Data Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and payroll data.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
Reports and Analysis:
• Generate payroll reports for management and clients as required.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and discrepancies.
Problem Resolution:
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address any payroll-related challenges.
Live Support:
• Provide real-time assistance to clients through live support channels.
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in UK payroll processing.
• Previous experience in live support roles is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of UK payroll regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide effective live support.
Certifications:
• Any relevant payroll certifications would be an advantage.
Team Player:
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
