Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team and drive the recruitment of top tech talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Utilize various platforms and tools for candidate sourcing, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and track recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field is preferred.
