Shift Timings-9:30 AM IST to 6:30PM IST or 1:00PM to 10:PM IST

Job Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, care homes, and private healthcare providers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to kick-start their career in recruitment, with full training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities :

• Candidate Sourcing : Use job boards, social media, and recruitment databases to find and attract healthcare candidates (nurses, doctors, carers, allied health professionals, etc.).
• Screening Applications : Review CVs and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Interviewing : Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the role.
• Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, providing career advice and guidance.
• Job Matching : Match candidates to suitable roles based on their skills, qualifications, and career aspirations.
• Compliance Checks : Ensure that all candidates meet the necessary compliance requirements, such as DBS checks, references, and health screenings.
• Job Offers : Assist in the negotiation of job offers and contracts between candidates and employers.
• Database Management : Keep track of candidate information, job vacancies, and placements using recruitment management software.

Requirements :

• Education : A degree or diploma in any field is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Skills :
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for the recruitment industry and healthcare sector.
• Experience : No prior recruitment experience required; training will be provided.
