Responsibilities
Preparing accounts and tax returns (UK accounting software i.e Xero, quick book, etc..)
Auditing financial information. Knowledge of VAT filling.
Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
Analysing business plans
Providing tax planning services based on current legislation
Financial forecasting and risk analysis for current and acquiring companies.
Dealing with insolvency situations
Negotiating the terms of business deals with clients
Managing colleagues
Bookkeeping and reconciliation.
Excellent communication (speaking and writing) in English.
Knowledge of Merger and Acquisition is a plus point.
Timing : UK 8am to 5pm (1 to 10 India time)
