Overview:

We are seeking a talented

UI/Web Designer

with

5 years of professional experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting user-centric designs, has a keen eye for aesthetics, and excels at delivering seamless and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Create visually appealing, user-friendly designs for websites, web applications, and mobile platforms. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate the desired user experience.

Responsive and Adaptive Design:

Build designs optimized for a range of devices, ensuring consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and perform optimally.

Brand Alignment:

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements. Develop creative assets like banners, icons, and visuals for digital campaigns.

User Research and Testing:

Conduct usability tests and analyze feedback to improve designs. Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive designs. Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design tools like

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

, or similar. Knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

is a plus. Experience with responsive design frameworks like

Bootstrap

.

Design Expertise:

Strong understanding of

typography, color theory, and layout design principles

. Familiarity with

web accessibility standards

and usability best practices.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset and creativity to overcome design challenges.

Experience:

5 years of experience

in UI/UX design or web design. A

portfolio

showcasing your work on responsive websites, web applications, and creative designs.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with motion design or animation tools (e.g.,

After Effects, Lottie

). Understanding of

SEO

and web performance optimization techniques. Experience with CMS platforms like

WordPress

or

Webflow

.
