Position Overview:

The Figma/UI/UX Designer will play a key role in designing user interfaces and crafting exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design, proficiency in Figma, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital platforms and products.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
