Overview: MAAC Kukatpally is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Trainer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer Trainer, you will be responsible for imparting industry-relevant skills to students, preparing them for successful careers in UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will have both a strong foundation in UI/UX principles and hands-on design experience, along with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training and Mentoring:
• Deliver high-quality training on UI/UX design principles, tools, and methodologies. Teach students about design fundamentals, wireframing, prototyping, user research, interaction design, usability testing, and more.
• Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with the academic team to update and enhance training materials. Ensure the curriculum is aligned with current industry trends and technologies.

• Practical Exercises and Projects:

Guide students through real-world projects, enabling them to build portfolios that demonstrate their UI/UX skills. Encourage hands-on learning and practical application of theoretical knowledge.Teach students how to use design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc. Provide insights into design systems and version control tools (e.g., Zeplin, Git).Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and suggest areas for improvement. Conduct periodic evaluations and help students with portfolio development and interview preparation.Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design, including emerging tools, best practices, and user-centered design strategies. Incorporate these into the training modules.Work closely with the faculty team, support staff, and management to ensure that training objectives and quality standards are met.Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field. Alternatively, candidates with equivalent hands-on experience in UI/UX design may be considered.
• Experience:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a solid portfolio of past projects demonstrating design and user experience expertise.

• Skills and Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Knowledge of web design (HTML, CSS) and responsive design principles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex design concepts and deliver them effectively to students
• Familiarity with usability testing and user research techniques
• Experience with user interface design for mobile and web applications is a plusPreferred Skills:
• Experience in teaching or mentoring students in UI/UX design
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative design practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
