Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Mentor to join our team at Careerpedia Edutech Pvt. Ltd. This role involves mentoring students in design-related disciplines, conducting mock interviews to prepare them for professional opportunities, and assisting other mentors in delivering high-quality educational experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Mentor students pursuing courses in graphic design, web design, UI/UX design, or related fields, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
• Conduct mock interviews for students, simulating real-world job interview scenarios and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their interview performance.
• Assist other mentors in curriculum development, course planning, and content creation, ensuring that educational programs are relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in design and interview preparation, incorporating relevant insights into mentoring sessions and mock interviews.
• Collaborate with career services teams to identify internship and job opportunities for students and provide guidance on job search strategies, resume writing, and portfolio development.
• Support student success initiatives, such as networking events, career fairs, and industry partnerships, to facilitate students' transition into the professional world.
• Act as a mentor and role model, inspiring students to pursue excellence, creativity, and innovation in their design careers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, web design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in conducting mock interviews and providing constructive feedback to help individuals improve their interview skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
• Strong knowledge of design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Passion for education and mentorship, with a genuine desire to help students succeed in their careers.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other mentors and instructors to enhance the overall learning experience and curriculum development.
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or career counseling is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
