We are in search of a skilled and experienced UI/UX & Graphic Designer to become part of our vibrant team. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a deep passion for crafting captivating, user-centric designs and possess the technical expertise to realize these designs in both digital and graphic formats. This role involves working closely with our product and engineering teams to design and develop outstanding visual identities and web interfaces that offer unparalleled user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype sophisticated solutions for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma.
• Translate designs into high-quality visual graphics and code.
• Develop responsive visual elements and graphics that enhance user interaction and engagement.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to devise innovative solutions that guide the product's visual and interactive direction.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the product's visual appeal and usability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility and integration of UI/UX designs and graphic elements.
• Optimize graphic elements for maximum efficiency and visual impact.
• Maintain and refine the company's design system, incorporating both UI/UX and graphic design elements.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in both UI/UX and graphic design, applying this knowledge to projects and activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design and graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Figma designs and visual graphic projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Zeplin.
• Familiarity with front-end development, particularly ReactJS, and an understanding of its core principles.
• Knowledge of design principles related to branding, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and user-system interaction.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design and graphic design.
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a Visual Arts subject is an added advantage.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
