Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both user interface/user experience design and graphic design. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to create visually compelling and user-friendly digital products and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design:
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and create user personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
• Graphic Design:
• Create marketing collateral, including social media graphics, banners, infographics, and email templates.
• Design logos, branding materials, and style guides.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative concepts for campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in visual design across all platforms and materials.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on deadlines.
• Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, InVision, or Axure.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics or animation tools like After Effects.
• Familiarity with design systems and version control tools (e.g., Zeplin, Abstract).
• Basic understanding of accessibility standards in design (e.g., WCAG).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,843.93 - ?25,000.00 per month
