Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX and Graphic Design Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design and graphic design , with a proven track record of teaching and mentoring students. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our students and align with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in UI/UX design and graphic design.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, tutorials, and hands-on exercises.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX and graphic design.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure the training content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new students.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to students as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.
• Previous experience in teaching or training is highly desirable.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX and graphic design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in UI/UX or graphic design.
• Experience with remote/online teaching platforms.
• Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
