### Overview of Job

We are looking for a creative and motivated Fresher UI/UX Designer to join our team. You'll work on designing intuitive user interfaces and enhancing user experiences for web and mobile applications.
### Duties & Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Assist in user research and• insights to designs.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers.
• Contribute to design systems and style guides.
• Participate in design reviews, and iterate on designs based on feedback from clients.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with user testing and agile development.
• Basic understanding of UX principles.
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
