Job description:

As a UI/UX Designer , you will be responsible for creating engaging and responsive web designs that align with the overall user experience. You will collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to design aesthetically pleasing websites and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites, web pages, and interfaces.
• Create high-quality graphics and visual elements such as icons, logos, banners, and info graphics.
• Work closely with web developers to ensure seamless integration of designs and functionality.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new website layouts and landing pages.
• Ensure designs are mobile-responsive , optimized for different devices, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create digital assets for campaigns, including email templates, social media graphics, and display ads.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to implement modern, innovative designs .
• Optimize graphics and web designs for fast-loading pages and ensure compatibility across browsers.
• Conduct design reviews and improve designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.

Qualifications:

• Experience : [3+ years] of experience in graphic design, web design, or a similar role.

Technical Skills :

• HTML/CSS : Proficient in coding using HTML and CSS to structure and style web pages.
• Responsive Design : Expertise in creating designs that work seamlessly on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
• JavaScript (Basic): Understanding of JavaScript to enhance web functionality (basic knowledge is sufficient, but more advanced skills are a plus).

Web Design Tools :

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Sketch , Figma , or Adobe XD for creating web mockups and prototypes.
• CMS Knowledge : Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or Joomla) for building and managing websites.
• UX/UI Design : Knowledge of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing websites.
• Version Control Systems : Understanding of tools like Git to manage and collaborate on design changes.

Creative Skills :

• Graphic Design : Ability to create original graphics , illustrations, and design elements like logos, icons, and banners.
• Typography : Understanding of typography to create visually consistent and readable text layouts.
• Color Theory : Proficiency in applying color combinations that enhance user experience and align with branding.
• Visual Design : Strong sense of aesthetics to create clean, professional, and user-friendly designs.
• Wireframing and Prototyping : Ability to create wireframes and clickable prototypes to present design concepts and user flows.

Soft Skills :

• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
