Key Responsibilities:Experience and Portfolio: Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or a similar role. A strong portfolio of design projects demonstrating your expertise.Project Management and Research: Background in project management and the ability to conduct effective research.Design Expertise: Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand product specifications and user psychology to inform design decisions.
- Conduct concept and usability testing, gathering valuable feedback.
- Create user personas based on thorough user research and data analysis.
- Define the appropriate interaction model and evaluate its success.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes that align with customer needs and expectations.
- Innovatively address UX problems, focusing on usability and findability.
- Collaborate closely with UI designers to implement visually appealing designs.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and prototypes to developers.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor products and industry trends to inform design strategies.
