Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled UI/UX Developer to design, develop, and maintain the user interface and user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design principles, human-computer interaction, and front-end development. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, user-centered designs and developing responsive, interactive UI components.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-quality, user-centered UI/UX designs for digital products

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements

- Develop responsive, interactive UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Create prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, best practices, and technologies

- Participate in design critiques and contribute to the development of our design language system

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development

- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, human-computer interaction, and design thinking

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

- Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React

- Strong understanding of responsive web design, accessibility, and web performance optimization

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field

Nice to Have

- Experience with design systems and design language systems

- Knowledge of front-end build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or similar

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

- Experience with agile development methodologies

- Certification in UI/UX design or related field
