Job Overview :

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team in Edappally . The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in UI/UX design principles and be familiar with the latest trends in digital marketing . You will play a key role in designing user-centric, visually appealing, and functional interfaces for web and mobile platforms while considering the marketing aspects and user behavior.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to create designs that are both aesthetically appealing and functional.
• Create wireframes , mockups , and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Work on UI/UX design elements such as layout, navigation, and visual hierarchy to enhance user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make necessary design improvements.
• Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness , ensuring consistent performance across devices.
• Create and maintain design systems , ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and incorporate them into your design strategy.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to design creatives, landing pages, and promotional content that align with marketing goals.
• Ensure all design work adheres to the brand guidelines and is aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
• Ensure the final designs are user-friendly , accessible, and meet project specifications.

Key Requirements :

• Male or Female candidates welcome.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design , preferably with digital marketing experience .
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD , Figma , Sketch , or similar.
• Basic knowledge of HTML , CSS , and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of user behavior , interaction patterns, and design trends.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts , including landing page design, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment .
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Creative thinking , problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
