We are hiring for the position of UI/UX Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer

Experience: 3 to 8 years

Salary: up to 6.5 LPA

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon Haryana

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Working Days/Time: Mon to Fri/ 10 AM to 6 PM

Job description:

As a UI-UX Designer you will use user-centered design approaches to create industry-leading user experiences from conception to execution. You will be at the forefront of Virtual & Augmented Reality, experimenting, prototyping, and building experiences that shape the future of human interaction in AR/VR/3D spaces.

UI Requirements:

? Craft aesthetically pleasing and pixel-perfect user interfaces.

? Demonstrate a solid understanding of mobile and web as design platforms.

? Collaborate with developers to prepare the necessary art assets for development.

? Ensure that design integrity is maintained post-application completion.

? Develop UI mockups and prototypes to illustrate site functionality and appearance.

? Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.

? Visualize design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

? Experience with motion designing and video editing would be a significant advantage.

UX Requirements:

? Conceptualize, design, and prototype wireframes for new features.

? Design user journey flows utilizing lo-fi and hi-fi frames.

? Collaborate with product and tech teams to build exceptional products.

? Communicate design concepts effectively to all stakeholders.

? Exhibit a strong understanding of mobile and web platforms.

? Display a basic understanding of Metaverse, AR, and VR.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, Builder X, Flutterflow, and

Prototyping tools. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro would be beneficial.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

? Minimum of 2+ years of experience in UI/UX.

? A portfolio of professional UI/UX design projects.

? A bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical
