About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Figma Specialist to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating intuitive and visually appealing designs using Figma, ensuring exceptional user experiences across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize user journeys.
• Maintain and enhance the design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Figma Specialist (minimum 2 years).
• Strong expertise in Figma, including components, auto-layouts, and prototyping features.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
• Experience in designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your Figma expertise and design projects.
