Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Designer to join our team. As a Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs according to client specifications and project requirements. This role requires proficiency in both digital and print design, with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conceptualize and Create Designs: Develop design concepts for various projects including but not limited to branding, advertising campaigns, digital marketing materials, and product packaging.

2. Execute Design Projects: Take projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are on time and meet the quality standards.

3. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other designers, copywriters, marketers, and project managers to deliver cohesive and engaging design solutions.

4. Client Communication: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design proposals.

5. Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design output.

6. Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.

7. Adhere to Brand Guidelines: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Designer, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.

3. Skills:

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Must have hands on experience in Figma and XD

Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated ability to create compelling visual designs across various platforms and mediums.

UI/UX Knowledge: Understanding of user interface design principles and experience designing user-centric interfaces.

Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to conceptualize innovative design solutions that align with client goals and project requirements.

Time Management: Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Collaborative Spirit: Experience working effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other designers, copywriters, and project managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
