- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to bring innovative solutions to the table.
- Work on a variety of design tasks, including information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and user personas.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for gaming and knowledge of the esports industry is a bonus.
