At the moment, we have an exciting job opportunity for a dedicated UI/UX Designer who is passionate about user-centered design. Join our dynamic and innovative team as we work together to craft visually captivating and user-friendly digital products in a fast-paced setting. Main Responsibilities of a UI/UX Designer

• Create impactful UX and visual design deliverables, such as wireframes, UI visual designs, lead-generation-focused websites, and B2B and B2C e-commerce websites.
• Effectively communicate and present designs to clients, clearly explaining UI/UX decisions and gathering feedback in close collaboration with our team.
• Provide accurate estimates of the effort required to create deliverables.
• Update existing websites with layouts and designs that align with or enhance existing standards.
• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Key Requirements

• You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or a related field
• You have prior 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
• You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
• You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Fluent in English with good reading, writing and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
