Job Title : UI/UX Designer

Experience Required : 5-6 years

We are looking for a skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create visually engaging, user-focused designs, with a strong grasp of user experience principles and responsive design expertise. You should have a record of delivering effective design solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working on web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Design graphic elements, navigation components, and user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Maintain a portfolio of professional design projects, particularly those involving web and mobile applications.
• Work on various design aspects including UI/UX, typography, interaction design, and design research.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a portfolio showcasing design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and other wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Experience with design best practices, user flows, mockups, typography, and interaction design.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (including developers) to implement designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in design research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or basic front-end development is a plus.
• Demonstrate strong user empathy in the design process, ensuring that the solutions meet user needs effectively.
• Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
