Overview:

Buzy Bug Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, coupled with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting delightful user experiences for our products, contributing to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

3. Develop user flows, journey maps, and personas to guide the design process.

4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

5. Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results to continuously improve the user experience.

6. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

7. Maintain a cohesive and consistent design language across all products and platforms.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and share knowledge with the team.

9. Mentor and guide junior members of the design team.

10. Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion within the specified timelines.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

2. Minimum 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.

3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

5. Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.

10. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is desirable.

Pay: Up to ?800,000.00 per year
